How many times have you asked yourself if today was a successful or bad day, but only for you or for everyone?
The truth is that you need to know the answer on a daily basis and always compare yourself to your competitors to understand where you stand in relation to the competition and the category.
How do you do that?
It's very simple. You or your VA define a daily task that takes exactly 3 minutes. You open a shared Google Sheet and arrange it into 4 columns:
Alongside it, the top 3 leading competitor products.
Every day, at the same time, you enter Amazon and record in the table the BSR (Best Sellers Rank) of each of the ASINs in the main category. You can, of course, automate this process, but there's something about manual action that makes it more precise and forces us to come back and check for changes on a daily or weekly basis.
You can also create a graph from the table that shows the changes and the visual relationship with competitors.
